• The building is centrally located on a charming, bustling street and within walking distance to all of the attractions. There's a grocery store located 10 minutes away on foot, a pharmacy right out the front door, and numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisines, from Italian to Lebanese,all within a stones throw.The apartment is beautifully furnished with every single kitchen amenity that you could want, as well as a full-size washer and dryer.The secure parking that is included is in an underground facility, about 10 minutes away on foot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, over any of the hotels or inns. While I'm sure they are charming, I was here for 5 nights for a conference, and I imagine that I would've felt claustrophobic after a while. It was also great to have the option of cooking in after a tiring day. May 2015.

• My husband and I are long-time fans of Quebec City; we enjoy it in every season. When we failed to book our favorite hotel suite early enough for a stay over a Winter Carnival weekend, we decided to try this apartment, since we knew the location was ideal and it appeared to suit our needs nicely. Well, what a treat #204 was to stay in! Our reservation was handled professionally and we were met promptly at the door, oriented and shown to the nice parking garage. As we settled in,and throughout our 4-night stay, we found many thoughtful touches that added comfort to the condo. The well-designed space is ideal for a single or a couple. The two levels make for a cozy bedroom and an expansive open living area. It is furnished with taste and quality and is very well-maintained. It was easy to control heating; hot water was plentiful and other building tenants were pleasant, when at all noticeable. The only loud late noise were snowplows one night---understandable and essential in February! Highly recommended!
